Research Analyst Inside Sales (US Home Healthcare Market) - Careers Research Analyst Inside Sales (US Home Healthcare Market)

Role Overview

The Research Analyst Inside Sales will be responsible for conducting targeted market research, building high-quality contact databases, and enabling automated outreach campaigns. This role works closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure a steady flow of well-qualified leads in the US Home Healthcare segment

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential prospects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Underbird
Build accurate, targeted, and segmented contact lists for outreach campaigns
Use email automation platforms (Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, etc.) to schedule and execute campaigns
Maintain and update lead information in HubSpot CRM
Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to align research activities with lead generation strategies
Monitor, track, and report on research and campaign performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and similar prospecting tools
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and email automation tools
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data organization and reporting
Strong internet research and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
Prior experience in the US Healthcare domain, particularly Home Healthcare, is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under deadlines

B.Tech/B.E. in Information Technology or equivalent degree

Be part of a collaborative and energetic sales team driving growth in a niche global market
Work with advanced research and automation tools
