Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions and performance reviews to enhance service delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair work, and service contracts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Manage and optimize operational budgets and control expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe environment.
• Utilize facility management software for operations tracking and reporting.
• Generate performance, incident, and cost-analysis reports.
