Fire & Safety Supervisor mumbai 5 - 10 years INR 7.0 - 12.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Job Responsibilities: Monitor and enforce fire and safety regulations across the facility. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Ensure the functionality and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems. Train staff in fire safety procedures, emergency response, and first aid. Maintain records of drills, safety checks, incidents, and compliance reports. Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate evacuation procedures. Liaise with local fire departments and regulatory bodies as required. Conduct safety induction programs for new employees and vendors. Maintain inventory and inspection of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, PPE, alarms, etc.). Recommend and implement safety improvements to minimize risk. Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with fire safety standards. Horticulture hyderabad 2 - 5 years INR 4.0 - 7.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Manage and oversee all horticultural operations including landscaping, garden maintenance, and plant care. Develop and implement seasonal planting plans in line with environmental and aesthetic requirements. Supervise and train gardening staff to ensure high standards of horticultural practices. Monitor plant health and implement pest control, irrigation, and fertilization programs. Coordinate with landscape architects and vendors for design and supply of plants and materials. Ensure timely maintenance of lawns, parks, indoor/outdoor green areas, and vertical gardens. Maintain horticultural tools and equipment, ensuring proper usage and upkeep. Monitor budgets and control costs while maintaining quality service delivery. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain standards and identify improvements. Prepare reports on garden performance, plant health, and operational updates. Key Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and landscaping techniques Ability to manage teams and horticultural operations independently Familiarity with sustainable and organic gardening practices Good organizational and planning skills Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities Awareness of local environmental regulations and climate conditions Required Qualifications: BSE, Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field Experience: 2 5 years (preferably in horticulture or landscape management)
