Required KAM - Europe (Key Account Manager) | Andheri MIDC

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key clients across Europe.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client requirements and project briefs.
• Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to deliver turnkey exhibition and event solutions.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of customized proposals, presentations, and budgets.
• Ensure all projects meet client expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency.
• Regularly review account performance, identify growth opportunities, and upsell services.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and potential leads within the exhibition and event industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in key account management.
• Proven experience in managing international clients and large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of European market dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
