Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring organizational agility and scalability.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, change management, and future-ready organization design.

2. Talent Management & Leadership Development

Lead end-to-end talent strategyhiring, retention, and succession—to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Design structured programs for leadership development, competency mapping, and capability enhancement.

3. HR Digital Transformation

Implement and optimize HR technology platforms (e.g., Darwinbox) to improve process efficiency and analytics.
Leverage HR data insights to drive decision-making, enhance employee experience, and automate workflows.

4. Performance & Rewards Management

Drive a performance-driven culture through structured evaluation frameworks and transparent appraisals.
Design and manage compensation, incentive, and benefits strategies to ensure fairness and competitiveness.

5. Organization Culture & Employee Engagement

Build a unified, inclusive, and high-performance culture across integrated teams and business units.
Implement engagement, recognition, and DEI initiatives that foster belonging and motivation.

6. Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to statutory and labour regulations, maintaining ethical and transparent HR practices.
Oversee HR audits, policy governance, and risk mitigation frameworks across all units.
