Job Description

Ensure deliverables of approved site-wise activities and NCD screening targets are achieved with support from facility staff and Technical Advisor-HIV (Maharashtra).
Coordinate with ART Centres for service delivery improvements related to NCD screening among eligible PLHIV.
Support screening of PLHIV ( 40 years) for diabetes, hypertension, CVD, mental health and cancer; link clients to required services.
Roll out NCD self-care literacy materials via patient sessions to promote positive health-seeking behaviour and treatment adherence.
Facilitate demand-generation activities at ART centres.
Support data recording, client tracking and monthly analysis; ensure MSACS/NACO and DoS data compliances.
Maintain confidentiality and use online reporting mechanisms for NCD activities.

Education Qualification / Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor s degree is required (Social Work preferred).
Minimum 3 years experience working with PLHIV (mandatory).
Knowledge of challenges faced by PLHIV and functioning of ARTCs, ICTCs and CSC partners.
Working knowledge of online data entry, SMS and WhatsApp communication preferred.
People living with HIV and women candidates meeting criteria are encouraged to apply.
Excellent oral/written communication in English, Marathi and Hindi preferred.
Self-motivated, committed; two-wheeler & personal laptop preferred
