Job Description

Role Overview: As a Reporting Senior Specialist at EY, you will be responsible for owning the delivery of consistent Clients & Industries performance reporting processes, governance, and related administrative activities across the Clients & Industries organization. You will report to the Clients & Industries Planning Enablement Leader and be aligned to one or more highly complex reporting activities. Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying standardized Clients & Industries function reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Own the delivery of a range of reporting activities including Reporting BAU and process improvement. - Design, operationalize, and implement reporting requirements and governance structures, including data management governance processes consistently. - Identify reporting trends and issues, presenting recommendations as needed. - Contribute to ensuring consistency of reporting protocols across Global Clients & Industries Functions and Pillars. - Collaborate with Clients & Industries Pillar Leaders, Finance, and Talent to identify relevant, consistent reporting for senior stakeholders. - Provide inclusive leadership and coaching to ensure team members achieve their highest potential. - Mentor junior Reporting team members and leverage GDS resource capability. - Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and identify collaboration opportunities. - Anticipate planning business needs and provide innovative solutions. - Create and implement timelines for project deliverables, manage sponsor/stakeholder expectations, and provide strategic insight. - Recommend solutions based on a solid understanding of firm objectives and business needs. - Convert data and abstract concepts into compelling Management Information materials. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of leading and delivering reporting excellence in a global matrix organization. - Financial acumen and program management skills. - Experience in change management, budget management, and innovation. - Global mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Demonstrated resilience, drive, and ability to overcome barriers. - Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Education: Bachelors/University degree or equivalent qualification. - Experience: 10-12 years of operations experience in a corporate environment.
