This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Min Experience: 3 yearsLocation: BengaluruJobType: full-timeThe Report Mapping Executive will be responsible for validating diagnostic reports, ensuring accurate categorization, and maintaining seamless coordination between internal teams. This role demands strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timely completion of mapping tasks to support smooth operational and billing processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Review diagnostic reports and verify that the correct category and subcategory are assigned (e.g., CT-Abdomen, Ultrasound-Transvaginal).
Accurately match each report to the corresponding client (hospital or diagnostic centre) using internal software tools.
Collaborate with the operations and accounts teams to ensure proper data flow for invoicing and reporting.
Identify and flag any discrepancies or inconsistencies in data or categorization.
Complete report mapping tasks within defined deadlines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain proper documentation and logs for verification, compliance, and audit purposes.
