Renewal Executive

As a Renewal Sales Executive, your role is crucial in managing and nurturing relationships with current customers to ensure their continued success and product adoption. You will be responsible for driving contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maintain and expand our customer base effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring timely and seamless contract renewals. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and challenges. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth. - Proactively engage customers to ensure high product adoption and satisfaction levels. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to address customer issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of renewal opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities. - Strive to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly renewal targets. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or customer success, ideally within the SaaS or tech solutions industry. - Proficient in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. - Ability to comprehend customer requirements and provide customized solutions. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment. - Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
