Renewal Executive

As a Renewal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our existing customers to ensure their continued success and product adoption. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end renewal process, fostering strong connections with clients to understand their needs, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and proactively engaging customers to drive product adoption and satisfaction. Collaboration with various teams such as Customer Success, Sales, and Product will be essential to address customer concerns effectively. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of renewal opportunities and achieving monthly and quarterly targets will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record in sales, account management, or customer success, with a preference for experience in SaaS or tech solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs. Being self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment will contribute to your success in this role. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
