Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for a Renewal Executive. The Renewal Executive will be responsible for managing renewal processes for contracts and subscriptions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will follow up with clients to coordinate timely renewals, address queries, and align with sales and support teams to provide the best service experience. The role requires monitoring customer retention, preparing renewal quotes, and assisting in achieving business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client communication, relationship management, and customer service
  • Experience in account management and sales coordination
  • Proficiency in handling contracts and subscription renewals
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, cloud technologies, networking, and telecommunications is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in ICT or service-based industries is a plus
