Remote Support Engineer

Location:Chennai,Noida,Bangalore

Core Responsibilities

Technical Troubleshooting & Support

Provide in-depth technical support for Windows 11 migration issues, including OS installation, driver compatibility, and application behavior.

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from L1 support, especially those involving system performance, user profile migration, and domain join failures.

Manage user profiles, data backup and restoration, and ensure seamless transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, SharePoint during and post-migration.

Work with respective teams supporting Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory for deployment, patching, and policy enforcement.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Maintain detailed documentation of migration steps, known issues, and resolutions.

Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support documentation for future reference.

Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with project managers, L3 engineers, and application owners to ensure compatibility and readiness.

Communicate effectively with end users to guide them through the migration process and post-migration support.

Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and supporting Windows and macOS operating systems

Required Skills & Tools

Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, Server OS

Tools: Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory

Cloud & Collaboration: Microsoft 365, Exchange Online.

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, effective communication, customer service orientation

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are preferred.
