Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are seeking a CRM Developer to build and maintain customer relationship management systems to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities: Customize CRM workflows, modules, and dashboards. Develop integrations with third-party applications. Implement automation tools (e.g., lead routing, campaign triggers). Maintain data quality, security, and compliance standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics). Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, or .NET depending on the platform. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and business analytics. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and CRM plugins/extensions.
