Tezo is seeking an experienced RPA Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead intelligent automation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in RPA development, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and custom coding, along with a solid understanding of AI/GPT-based automation. This role requires both technical leadership and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end RPA solutions.
Hands-on development of bots using
Automation Anywhere
and
Power Automate
.
Develop and integrate
custom code (Python, .NET, JavaScript, SQL or similar)
within RPA workflows where required.
Identify automation opportunities and perform feasibility assessments.
Integrate
GPT/AI tools
into automation workflows for intelligent document processing, chat-based automation, and decision support.
Establish RPA best practices, coding standards, and reusable frameworks.
Mentor and guide junior RPA developers and ensure knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to gather requirements and align automation with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7-10 years of overall experience
Strong hands-on experience with
Automation Anywhere
.
Proven experience with
Microsoft Power Automate
(Cloud flows, Desktop flows).
Solid
coding/scripting skills
(Python, C#, JavaScript, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of
RPA concepts, architecture, and best practices
.
Experience integrating APIs, databases, and third-party systems into RPA solutions.
Knowledge of
AI/GPT tools
and their application in automation use cases.
