Position Description: We are seeking a seasoned RPA Lead UiPath to spearhead the design, development, and successful deployment of automation solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, manage end-to-end RPA projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes through automation. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and strategic vision to drive automation excellence and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers in designing, developing, and implementing scalable automation solutions using UiPath.Analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities for automation and develop strategic roadmaps.Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align on priorities.Architect and build efficient, reusable, and maintainable automation workflows using UiPath Studio.Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of RPA bots, ensuring robust and high-quality deliverables.Guide junior developers through technical reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.Clearly communicate technical concepts and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.Foster a positive and innovative team environment through empathy, delegation, and empowerment.Resolve team challenges, maintain team momentum, and ensure alignment with business goals.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and professional development within the team.Manage stakeholder expectations and adapt quickly to dynamic project needs and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience leading RPA projects and teams using UiPath.Strong understanding of process analysis, automation design principles, and lifecycle management.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Emotional intelligence and team leadership capability to inspire and drive performance.Familiarity with agile project management practices is a plus.UiPath certifications preferred.Must-Have Skills:UiPathDocument Understanding FrameworkControl VersionUiPath AppsPDD/SDDUiPath Test SuitGood to have skills:SQLPythonAzure DevOpsCI and CDTest planPower Automate.
