Eligibility Criteria: Must have: A personal laptop and reliable broadband connection. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a voice or non-voice customer service role (Domestic or International BPO). Age Limit: Maximum 40 years. Availability: Must be comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts, and 1 rotational weekly off. Shift Timings: Rotational shifts including night shifts.
