Release Manager

As a Release Manager for the Engagement Platform, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating technical releases and ensuring business communication and adoption readiness. You will need to have a deep understanding of healthcare compliance considerations and effectively manage dependencies between various teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive release calendar covering various activities such as product releases, client migrations, demos, and analytics updates. - Collaborate with different teams to plan releases based on priorities and environment availability. - Coordinate environment usage to minimize conflicts between different activities. - Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all environments and manage multi-environment configurations. - Oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle and ensure release readiness by validating testing, approvals, documentation, and rollback plans. - Ensure compliance with healthcare data security regulations during environment refreshes and configurations. - Identify and mitigate release risks and coordinate hotfix releases with minimal disruption. - Serve as the primary point of contact for release-related queries and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. - Implement release management best practices and drive process improvements for faster and more predictable releases. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Product Operations, or related roles in AWS Cloud environments. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development and release processes. - Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). - Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Preferred: Experience with healthcare CRM systems, familiarity with data migration projects, exposure to change management frameworks, understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, ITIL or Agile/Scrum certification.
