About the Role: We are seeking experienced and proactive hands-on Release Manager with Copado expertise to lead and oversee our Salesforce release management lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing deployments across various environments using Copado, ensuring code quality and compliance, and leading a high-performing release team along with the ability to identify and fix complex Copado related deployment issues.. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience in managing release cycles efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end release management for Salesforce applications using Copado. Own and drive the release calendar, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure smooth deployments. Define and enforce deployment and rollback strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and governance models. Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Manage and mentor a team of release engineers and ensure timely and quality deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues and conflicts. Maintain release documentation and ensure audit readiness. Continuously improve release processes through automation, process refinement, and best practices. Show more Show less
