Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Relationship Executive to join our Home Loans team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in home loan sales, preferably from NBFCs or housing finance companies (not banks), and must be proactive in generating leads independently. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through market activities, references, builder network, and direct sourcing Promote and sell home loan products to individual customers Identify potential customers and understand their home loan requirements Maintain relationships with existing clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, processing, and disbursement of loans Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan sales (non-banking sector preferred) Proven ability to generate leads independently Must be comfortable with field work and client visits Strong communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of home loan products and documentation Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
