Job Summary

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing effective financial solutions. The role focuses on promoting the company’s lending and financial products, driving sales targets, and fostering long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and manage new customers through references, and digital channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for timely documentation, repayments, and feedback.
