Job Description

Job Description: You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably from a BPO background, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM & Web Based Applications is required along with competent handling of phone calls and emails. A swift hand on the keyboard would be preferable. You will be responsible for managing the vendor team, closely monitoring orders, and playing a significant role in expanding business operations throughout North America. Continuous interaction with vendors and clients based out of the USA will be a key aspect of your role. Your tasks will include compiling and sending status and completion reports, holding status calls with contractors, performing feasibility checks, providing estimates with suggestions for current and pipeline projects, and prioritizing jobs based on complexities and deadlines. It will be essential to ensure systematic distribution of work amongst the team, showcasing your multitasking abilities. As a proactive problem solver, you will need to understand and properly interpret client requirements while tracking the order system.
