Job Description

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities: 1. Process Training - Conduct process training for the new hires and mentor them into the roles hired for. 2. Training Materials : Design new and edit the existing training materials, and present materials through classroom learning and hands-on demonstrations. 3. Quality Assurance : monitor SOP adherence, collaborate with teams, and provide feedback. 4. Soft skills development : Check the soft skill development index and make plans and implement programs to improve call handling and mail writing skills. 5. Reporting : Regularly report on quality, compliance, and performance metrics. Candidate Profile 1. Candidate should have minimum 3 years experience as process trainer and HCM handling. 2. Candidate should have excellent written and oral communications skills in English. 3. Candidate should have worked in US process and should be aware of US work sensibility. 4. Candidate should be good at handling and mentoring new hires, including college freshers. 5. Candidate should have good excel and reporting skills. Shift - Night Shift
