Job description Responsibilities: Job Role will involve handling Vendor calls, emails and text messages. Convey accurate and required information to the Clients and Other Stakeholders. Managing the Lifecycle of the order request within the timelines as per SOPs. Resolving client/vendor queries over call and managing order queue as per SLA. Required Candidate profile: Should be flexible to work in US shifts. Candidate must be from International calling background with excellent communication skills Should have good multi-tasking skills and excel skills. Candidate must be a graduate.
