Relationship Officer - (Home Loan & LAP)

Position: Relationship Officer – Retail (Home Loan & Loan Against Property) Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand per month) Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month (Performance-based) Job Summary: The Relationship Officer – Retail (Home Loan & Loan Against Property) is responsible for sourcing and managing customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The role involves building strong client relationships, acquiring new customers, and guiding them through the complete loan process — from application to disbursement. The candidate should meet sales targets, ensure compliance with all regulations, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Acquire new customers for Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) products. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Assist customers through the loan documentation and approval process. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and compliance. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications:Minimum qualification: HSC / Diploma 1–3 years of experience in retail banking, loans, or financial services (preferably HL & LAP). Knowledge of loan assessment, property valuation, and related legal requirements. Understanding of compliance norms and credit risk evaluation. Skills Required: Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good relationship management with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate loan solutions
