Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

Sales and customer acquisition
: Identify and meet potential customers to promote credit card products and achieve sales targets.
Product knowledge
: Clearly explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and fees of various credit cards to customers.
Application and onboarding
: Guide customers through the application process and ensure timely submission and processing of documents.
Customer relationship management
: Provide after-sales service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and manage customer relationships.
Lead generation and management
: Generate new leads and maintain a database of prospects and customers.
Reporting
: Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Cross-selling
: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products like loans, insurance, or savings accounts to existing and new clients.

Common qualifications -

Education
: High school or equivalent is often the minimum, with some roles requiring a diploma or bachelor's degree.
Experience
: Experience in sales, particularly in banking, insurance, or credit cards, is often preferred.
Skills
: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Self-motivation and a customer-oriented approach are also important.
