Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with banking software and systems, and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
