Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales of various loan products such as Business Loans, Education Loans, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, and Auto Loans. Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and conversion from referrals. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Develop strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues alike. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably). Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build trust with clients. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
