1) The candidate will carry a target of Acquisition of DEMAT & Trading accounts through inhouse leads, direct sales (face to face), cold calling, networking, your own data/sources, and references.
2) Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs, and providing personalized investment solutions.
3) Identifying new business opportunities within the assigned cluster of key accounts, cross-selling financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Structured Products, Insurance, LOANS.
4) Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and providing excellent customer service to ensure client retention + upselling our Financial Sources.
5) Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to grow the business with key accounts.
6) Setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
7) Keeping abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, and providing market intelligence and insights to clients and internal teams for informed decision-making.
8) Minimum 7 to 8 Accounts Compulsory + Our CAPITAL Market Courses + Other Ancillary Services
- 6 Months Experienced
- Should have at least minimum qualified in a commerce background from reputed college
- Should be NISM Derivative Certified
