Job Description

Open Roles & Requirements1. Relationship Associate / Associate Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager, Team Leader

Vacancies
: (Malayalam + English) + (Tamil + English)
Languages
: Candidate must be fluent in either
Malayalam & English
OR
Tamil & English
Experience
: Minimum 1 year of telesales/telemarketing experience (preferably in BFSI/insurance sector)

Responsibilities
:

Handle outbound calls to potential customers.
Pitch health insurance products, explain benefits, and resolve queries.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain customer database and follow-up on leads.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in telesales/inside sales (health insurance preferred).
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
