Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Varanasi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and designing personalized financial product recommendations. The role involves achieving sales and client satisfaction targets, conducting market research, and representing the company's vision to prospective clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Strong relationship management, client engagement, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in market research and identifying customer financial needs.
Knowledge of financial products and mutual funds, with experience in sales or financial consulting being a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant languages.
Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
