Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 11 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with expertise in wealth management, portfolio performance analysis, and business development. Roles and Responsibility
Address HNI clients'' investment requirements through exclusive product offerings and superior service delivery.
Develop and implement marketing plans to acquire new corporate customers and formulate acquisition initiatives.
Manage a group of HNI clients, providing financial products to meet their needs and deepening relationships by cross-selling to mapped broking clients.
Enhance customer profitability by capturing a larger share of wallet and ensure portfolio profitability by generating high income per customer.
Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing.
Profiling customers and providing financial products to meet their needs.

Job
MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree; AMFI/NISM certification is preferred.
Minimum 11 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on wealth management and portfolio performance analysis.
Possess strong knowledge of financial products, including Debt, Structures, Equities, MFs, Fund-based Real Estate, and other Investment products.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with HNI clients.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial solutions to meet customer needs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
