Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 11 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with expertise in wealth management, portfolio performance analysis, and business development.
Roles and Responsibility

Address HNI clients'' investment requirements through exclusive product offerings and superior service delivery.

Develop and implement marketing plans to acquire new corporate customers and formulate acquisition initiatives.

Manage a group of HNI clients, providing financial products to meet their needs.

Cross-sell to mapped broking clients and deliver tailored services according to customer needs.

Enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing a larger share of wallet.

Ensure portfolio profitability by generating high income per customer.

Job

MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree; AMFI/NISM certification is preferred.

Proven experience in wealth management, portfolio performance analysis, and business development.

Strong understanding of financial products, including debt, structures, equities, MFs, fund-based real estate, and other investment products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with HNI clients.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Experience in acquiring new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing.
