Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their housing finance needs and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new customers, managing loan processes, ensuring timely documentation, addressing client queries, and supporting loan disbursal and repayment activities. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Client relationship skills, including communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
Loan process expertise, including documentation, analysis, and disbursal management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools for financial services
Understanding of housing finance markets and relevant regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet goals
A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in financial services or housing finance is advantageous
