Job Description

As a Relationship Manager-Micro Enterprise Loan in the Rural Banking department, your primary responsibility is to build and nurture relationships with Rural Banking accounts while providing excellent service to customers. You will be tasked with identifying business owners and entrepreneurs within the defined catchment area and assessing their business loan requirements. Your role involves driving client acquisition, establishing customer relationships at the household level, and maximizing the lifetime value of each relationship to meet organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Swift disbursal of business loans based on the needs assessment of potential and existing clients. - Perform end-user checks post loan disbursal to meet monthly and annual group loan booking targets. - Evaluate client needs and identify cross-selling opportunities to generate new revenue. - Increase penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generation and account opening. - Achieve individual and branch sales targets through new business sales, referrals, and customer retention. - Monitor and ensure high collections efficiency, conduct field audits, and customer verifications. - Stay updated on market intelligence, competitor practices, and propose process changes for service improvement. - Manage a team of field officers, focusing on their development and retention. - Implement livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: - Recruit and retain top talent for key roles in your reporting structure. - Monitor employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates to drive necessary improvements. - Support teams in achieving growth targets by providing the required assistance. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline. - 2 to 5 years of work experience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the best possible service for Rural Banking customers. Your ability to assess client needs, manage loan disbursals efficiently, and lead a team of field officers will be instrumental in achieving organizational goals.,
