As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our tractor loan portfolio in the rural and agricultural sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the rural and agricultural sector Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of potential customers to determine loan eligibility Structure and negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers Monitor and manage the loan portfolio to ensure timely repayment and minimize delinquency Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and collections to ensure smooth loan processing and servicing Stay updated on market trends and competition in the rural and agricultural sector to identify new business opportunities Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's tractor loan portfolio Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in the rural and agricultural sector Strong understanding of tractor loans and the rural/agricultural market Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in local language and knowledge of the local market is preferred Willingness to travel within the assigned region We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
