Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the property-buying process. Key responsibilities include prospecting for potential clients, conducting property consultations, coordinating site visits, and providing tailored property solutions. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure and post-sales support.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Customer relationship management and client servicing expertise
Sales skills, including lead generation, presenting offerings, and closing deals
Basic knowledge of property laws, documentation, and the real-estate market
Ability to understand clients' investment profiles and recommend appropriate solutions
Proficiency in CRM tools and office software
A self-starter with goal-oriented mindset and proven ability to meet targets
Relevant experience in the real-estate or sales industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
