Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. You will represent The Capital Homes in showcasing our projects to prospective buyers and investors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and project site visits. Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options accordingly. Manage negotiations and close sales with professionalism and integrity. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions, and sales in CRM tools. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and result-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Good understanding of the local real estate market.
