Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) with international backgrounds. The ideal candidate will possess deep financial acumen, cultural sensitivity, and a proven track record in wealth management, delivering bespoke financial solutions across borders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, including NRIs, expatriates, and global investors.
• Provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, and financial planning tailored to international needs.
• Understand cross-border regulations, tax implications, and global investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, investment advisory) to ensure seamless client service.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Organize exclusive client events, webinars, and engagement programs to enhance loyalty and retention.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with exposure to international clientele.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, offshore banking, and international investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural fluency.
