Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Jaipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, advising them on loan products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes processing loan applications, conducting credit assessments, and managing client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of finance and loan products
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the housing finance industry is advantageous
