Job Role-Relationship Manager Business Unit-SL Initiative State-Across Karnataka Role & responsibilities Job Purpose: Is responsible for Acquiring new customers and maintain the accounts of existing customers at the branch level so that Business objectives are achieved. Building Portfolio (to achieve Disbursement and POS budget) as per business mandate/ policies Regular Follow up and repayment monitoring to ensure portfolio growth and quality management as per laid down process Regular maintenance and follow up of accounts; achieving the high level of customer satisfaction in the area of operations, through reduced transaction costs, faster processing. Preparation of SHG/JLG CAM through the system and disburse loan by strictly adhering to all process/policy and compliance guidelines. Job Location Gangawati, Narsapura,Tarikere ,Shahpur,Chitradurga,Bangalore,Mysore,Hosadurga,Kushtagi Tumkur,Toranagallu,Kalaburgi,Bantval,Raichur,Chatarsal Preferred candidate profile Experience Required 3+ years of experience in banking / microfinance industry, having good knowledge in rural / livelihood industry.
