Responsible for handling customer queries and service requests related to life insurance policies, ensuring timely resolution, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for life insurance customers
Assist with policy servicing (address changes, nominee updates, etc.)
Support in claim processing and documentation
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies
Provide timely updates and follow-ups to customers
