Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional service. The Relationship Manager will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends relevant to the clients served.
