1. Acquire new NRI clients through referrals, leads, and walk-ins, and ensure smooth onboarding.
2, Manage and deepen relationships with existing NRI customers through periodic engagement and portfolio reviews.
3. Drive NRI CASA, term deposits, and cross-sell investment and insurance products.
4. Stay updated with FEMA, FATCA, CRS, and other NRI-related regulatory guidelines.
5. Ensure documentation and KYC compliance specific to NRI segment.
6.Coordinate with product, service, and operations teams to resolve service requests and deliver excellent customer service.
7. Participate in marketing and promotional activities targeted at NRI clientele.
