Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities

Client acquisition and relationship management

  • Source new business:

    Find and attract new customers for home loans and loans against property. This can be through direct outreach, field visits, or by working with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • Build and maintain relationships:

    Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable loan products.
  • Network with partners:

    Liaise with DSAs, builders, and other connectors to expand the bank's network and increase business.

Loan processing and evaluation

  • Understand customer needs:

    Conduct meetings with clients to assess their home loan and LAP requirements.
  • Facilitate the application process:

    Guide customers through every step of the loan application, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Conduct due diligence:

    Perform thorough due diligence and financial analysis for each loan application to assess the applicant's creditworthiness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams:

    Work with various departments within the bank to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement
