Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management

    • Build strong rapport with branch staff to generate life insurance leads
    • Work closely with bank personnel to ensure seamless product promotion and customer conversion
  • Sales Target Achievement

    • Drive sales of life insurance products through bank branches to meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
    • Maintain high productivity and conversion ratios from leads generated
  • Customer Engagement

    • Identify customer needs and offer suitable insurance products
    • Deliver product presentations and policy explanations with clarity and compliance
  • Compliance & Process Adherence

    • Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory and organizational guidelines
    • Maintain complete and accurate records of leads, closures, and customer communications
  • MIS & Reporting

  • Update sales dashboards, lead trackers, and performance reports for review and analysis
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to sales leadership

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • 14 years of sales experience in Bancassurance, insurance, or financial services sector
