Relationship Manager / Sales Manager

As an Assistant Manager in SCF / Unsecured Lending, your role involves identifying sales opportunities for Unsecured Loans, particularly Supply Chain Financing products, by acquiring new customers and cultivating relationships. You will be responsible for generating fresh leads through self-sourcing and references, utilizing various communication platforms effectively such as telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between the company and current/future markets - Develop relationships with MSME Associations, Industry Associations, CAs, DSAs, Connectors, and Corporates to enhance business opportunities - Educate customers on various loan and credit options available, along with the associated terms - Drive sales targets for multiple loan products including Sales Bill Discounting, Purchase Bill Discounting, Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, Revenue Based Financing, Unsecured Business Loans, etc. - Manage the entire process from file login to disbursement, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements - Collect necessary documents from customers based on checklist and dynamic credit team requirements - Maintain accurate MIS and provide timely feedback on market-related activities In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to possess the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation abilities - Motivated and results-driven mindset - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - High sales orientation to consistently achieve sales targets Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate / MBA-Finance / Marketing Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 4 LPA to 10 LPA based on the candidate's experience.
