We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Relationship Managers / Sales Executives with proven experience in mortgage, personal loans (PL), business loans (BL), and auto loans. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for loan products (Mortgage, PL, BL, Auto Loan).
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Provide end-to-end guidance to customers on loan applications and approvals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/relationship management within mortgage, PL, BL, or auto loan products.
• Full knowledge of loan products, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Graduate degree preferred (MBA/Finance background is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on experience).
