We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced female Accountant & Operations Manager to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Handle GST compliance, filing, and TDS returns
- Prepare project reports and manage Income Tax
- Ensure PF and ESIC compliance
- Oversee daily operations and drive process improvements
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting standards
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting and operations
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, and ESIC
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
