Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team! As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming clients and visitors, providing administrative support, and generating business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and manage visitors, clients, and vendors
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage front desk operations, including data entry and filing
- Call existing and potential customers for feedback, follow-ups, and business generation
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Meet business targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, etc.)
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
