Riya Autotourque Pvt. Ltd. (RIYA MG) is an authorized MG Motor dealership with multiple showrooms across Gujarat, India. The dealership offers a variety of MG vehicles, including SUVs and electric cars. Customers can avail services such as test drives, financing options, and comprehensive after-sales support.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Mahesana. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with customers, managing client accounts, addressing customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely solutions and support.

Qualifications

Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of the automotive industry and MG vehicle models is a plus
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
